Southwest Airlines Medical Transportation Grant Program
Through the Southwest Airlines Medical Transportation Grant Program (MTGP) we provide complimentary, roundtrip tickets to hospitals and medical transportation nonprofit organizations. The tickets are distributed by the organizations to deserving patients and their caregivers who must travel for medical care. Southwest allows participating hospitals and medical transportation nonprofit organizations the freedom to determine how to distribute the tickets to their patients and/or caregivers.
If you respresent a hospital and would like to apply to be considered for this program, please fill out our 2011 Medical Transportation Grant Program application.
Southwest Airlines is proud to Share the Spirit® and partner with the following hospitals and organizations in our 2010 Medical Transportation Grant Program. Each hospital has its own guidelines for administration of these tickets, so please contact the Social Work, Travel/Concierge Service or Patient Assistance Department directly from one of the links below to see if you qualify for travel assistance.
