- Today@SWA: Our daily newsletter that provides late-breaking news, Company announcements, messages from Leaders, industry news, Employee recognition, and more
- Employee Communications: An entire Team dedicated to keeping us informed and in touch. Their mission is to report timely Company and industry news, communicate Southwest’s triumphs and challenges, preserve our history and reinforce our corporate Culture, and ensure that communication flows smoothly and effectively in all directions – across, up, and down Company lines.
- LUVLines: Our 32-page Employee magazine published monthly that features in-depth articles on Company and industry news, providing Employees with a nice balance of business and Culture-focused information.
- Message to the Field: Our traveling annual meeting, which offers Employees the opportunity to hear a Company update from our CEO and other Executive Leaders. They also have the chance to ask any burning questions.
- SWALife: Our secure Employee web site that provides important Company News and Information, Culture Updates, Employee Benefits, Travel Tools, and other business-critical content. SWALife is password protected and is accessible from work or home.
- RedBelly Radio: A podcast that is made available to all Employees via SWALife. It is similar to a radio broadcast and features coverage from SWA Events and interviews. Employees can download episodes to their i-Pods or MP3 players.
- SWA TV: SWA TV is video programming for the Employees of Southwest Airlines made available on SWALife to keep our Employees "plugged in" with what's happening at the Company.
- SWA Blog: Nuts About Southwest (www.blogsouthwest.com) is a blog all about our Employees, Customers, airplanes, and airports. We really are Nuts about Southwest and we hope that our Readers will share that passion by posting their own comments.
- Employee News Line: Gary and other SWA Officers record on this toll-free hotline to provide Employees a recap of what's important at Southwest Airlines.
