Southwest Airlines has a distribution solution for your managed travel program needs.

SWABIZ is Southwest Airlines' FREE online corporate booking tool that makes tracking travel easy and efficient. And of course, you get Southwest Airlines' famous low fares.  Some advantages of booking through SWABIZ include: access to all Southwest fares (including web-only fares); the ability to assign each Traveler or department and Internal Reference Number to identify specific travel spending; and the ability to easily and efficiently track daily, weekly and monthly reports. At Southwest we understand how important it is for corporations to have access to their preferred airline partner through Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Southwest fares and schedules are also available through Sabre and Apollo.  Through these channels, corporate travel departments and travel agencies can access Southwest's published, core fares.  Also coming soon, Southwest's core fares and schedules will be available through WorldSpan.

Southwest is very selective about which third party technology vendors it allows to market its brand.  Currently Booking Builder Technologies is the only authorized third party technology provider to market the Southwest brand. Booking Builder is a software application that works with both GDSs and corporate online booking tools. Booking Builder is a useful tool because it reduces data entry and keystrokes for the end-user, thus making the reservation process much faster and simpler.
