Whenever we have exciting new information for you, we will send you e-mail. We will make our best efforts to e-mail you weekly.
How do I subscribe to the mailing list?
Select the Sign up for Click ’n Save option under the Fly For Less section located on the Southwest Airlines home page (southwest.com) or go to southwest.com/email. Type your name, e-mail address, and Rapid Rewards Membership number (optional) in the online form and click on the Subscribe button. Within three days we will send you a confirmation e-mail. To subscribe to the mailing list, you must reply to the e-mail as instructed in the body of the e-mail. Your subscription is not complete until we receive your reply.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
Select the Sign up for Click ’n Save option under the Fly For Less section located on the Southwest Airlines home page (southwest.com) or go to southwest.com/email. Select Subscribe to E-Mail Updates on the navigation bar located on the left. Click on Unsubscribe, type your e-mail address in the online form and click on the Unsubscribe button. A screen will display confirmation that your e-mail address has been removed from our mailing list.
How do I verify my subscription?
Select the Sign up for Click ’n Save option under the Fly For Less section located on the Southwest Airlines home page (southwest.com) or go to southwest.com/email. Select Subscribe to E-Mail Updates on the navigation bar located on the left. Click on Verify Subscription, type your e-mail address in the online form and click on the Verify Subscription button. A screen will display your subscription status. This screen will indicate that your e-mail address:
(a) Is on the mailing list (You should get our next e-mail.),
(b) Is on file but has not been confirmed (You need to respond to the confirmation e-mail.), or
(c) Is not on the mailing list (You need to subscribe to the mailing list.
What should I do if my e-mail address changes?
If you change your Internet service provider, you will need to unsubscribe and re-subscribe in order to continue receiving Click ’n Save E-mail Updates.
What should I do if I am not receiving e-mail?
Verify your subscription. Based on what the subscription status screen indicates, follow these steps:
- If your e-mail address is not on the mailing list, subscribe to the mailing list again.
- If your e-mail address has been added to the system and you have not received a confirmation e-mail, wait for the confirmation e-mail. You should receive this e-mail within three days.
- If your e-mail address is on file but has not been confirmed, reply to the confirmation e-mail.
- If your e-mail address has been added to the mailing list, contact your Internet service provider (ISP) to verify that they have not blocked e-mail from your system.
If your ISP has not blocked our e-mail, you should receive our next e-mail.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation e-mail?
You should receive a confirmation e-mail from Southwest Airlines within three days. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, unsubscribe from our mailing list and then subscribe to the list again.
What should I do if I have unsubscribed but I am still receiving e-mail?
Verify your subscription. The subscription status screen should indicate that your e-mail address is not on our mailing list. If your e-mail address is still added to the system, unsubscribe from the mailing list again. Verify your subscription again to make sure that your e-mail address is not on our mailing list.
Can I ever be removed involuntarily from the mailing list?
Yes. If the e-mail we send does not reach you it is returned to our system. We will unsubscribe you if this happens frequently. If we unsubscribe you, you can re-subscribe to the mailing list anytime.
Can I send e-mail to Southwest Airlines?
