Reservations for rentals picked up in Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, Mexico and Puerto Rico cannot be made on southwest.com. 
• A flight is not required in order to receive Rapid Rewards Points for your car rental with Hertz. 
• To request points for a past rental, visit hertz.com and click on "Partners" section, followed by "Air Partners," then "Southwest Airlines." Click on the "Retroactive Claim Form" link at the bottom of the page to request Rapid Rewards Points up to six months after your rental date. 
• If you no longer have your rental agreement, please contact Hertz at (800) 654-4173.
