TITLE:

Senior Vice President of Customer Services for Southwest Airlines Co.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Daryl serves as the head of Inflight Services, Provisioning, Fuel Management, Customer Relations/Rapid Rewards, Reservations departments, in charge of more than 14,000 Employees. He is ultimately responsible for the Strategic Vision of Customer Service Delivery across all business areas.
EXPERIENCE: Daryl has a rich service oriented background. Daryl began his career in Ground Operations and has been in many leadership roles including: Provisioning Supervisor,, Provisioning Manager, Reno-Station Manager, Manager of Baggage Services-HDQ, Regional/Senior Director of Provisioning, and Regional Director of Inflight. Daryl has also held positions of Vice President of Provisioning, Vice President of Inflight and Senior Vice President of Inflight and Provisioning for Southwest Airlines Co.
LENGTH OF SERVICE AT SOUTHWEST: Started February 1979.
EDUCATION: Attended Texas Tech University.
FAMILY: Daryl lives in Dallas and runs his family farm in Holland, Texas (just north of Austin) where he farms cotton, corn, milo and wheat.
FIRST PAYING JOB: Paperboy
PROUDEST MOMENT: Opening P J's Fish and Chips restaurant in 1977.
