| JOB DESCRIPTION: | I serve the 800 plus Employees of the Provisioning Department consisting of Agents, Supervisors, Auditors, Specialist, Managers, Administrators, Instructors, and Directors. |
| EXPERIENCE: | I have held many positions in the Department including: Provisioning Agent, Provisioning Supervisor, Manager of Provisioning Training, Provisioning Manager in ELP, ABQ, and LAS, Regional Director in Provisioning, and most recently the Senior Director of Provisioning. |
| LENGTH OF SERVICE AT SOUTHWEST: | Started as a Provisioning Agent in Dallas, Texas - April 1988 |
| FAMILY: | Lovely wife of 21 years - Sonia, Great kids - Reece - 19, Stanton - 17, and Emma - 15 |
| FIRST PAYING JOB: | Loading trap at the Single Tree Gun Club in Highland Village, Texas earning $13.00 and a bologna sandwich per day. |
| PROUDEST MOMENT: | Professionally it is receiving the President's Award for the Provisioning Department in 2006. Personally it is my wedding day and the birth of our children. |
