| JOB DESCRIPTION: | Responsible for the Company’s banking relationships, capital markets activities, stock option administration, cash management and investments, corporate insurance, fleet planning, fuel hedging, interest rate risk management and capital structure. |
| EXPERIENCE: | Before coming to Southwest, Scott worked for FinSer Corporation in San Antonio,TX as an Asset/Liability Management Consultant. He began his career at Southwest as a Financial Planning Analyst. He then held positions in Purchasing including Sr. Purchasing Analyst and Manager Purchasing before returning to Finance in 1999 to hold the positions of Manager Corporate Finance, Director Corporate Finance and Assistant Treasurer. In April 2006, Scott was named Vice President Treasurer. |
