E-Ticket Self-Service Check-In kiosks

Have an E-Ticket Travel Reservation? Get to your gate with less wait!

Southwest Airlines E-Ticket Customers may now check in for their flight and receive their boarding pass at an E-Ticket Check-In kiosk (for eligible reservations only). Kiosks are located at Southwest Airlines Ticket Counters and in main airport lobbies.


You can use an E-Ticket Check-In kiosk at the airport to:

  • Boarding PassObtain a Boarding Pass and Itinerary Receipt Reprint a Boarding Pass
  • Rapid Rewards Card  Enter a Rapid Rewards Account Number in a Reservation

Please note:

  • At 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure, boarding passes can be obtained only at the Departure Gate.
  • E-Ticket Check-In kiosks are for eligible E-Ticket Customers only. At this time, E-Ticket Check-In kiosks cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 traveling alone or Customers traveling on military fares.
  • Passengers traveling on Senior Fares, Youth Fares, and Infant Fares must be age verified and must have their Rapid Rewards number in the reservation to obtain a Boarding Pass at an E-Ticket Check-In kiosk.
