Data access gives you access to the Internet through your mobile device. In most cases your service provider requires a subscription in order to take advantage of these features on your device. |

Previously, the mobile site allowed Customers to checkin for flights, cancel their checkin, view our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Contact Information. Now with the additional features available via our mobile site Customers are able to book flights, check flight status, view flight schedules, and login to their MySouthwest account. |

Yes, Flight Status Information is available through mobile.southwest.com.

What information will I need to check in via my mobile device?
You will need your confirmation number and the first and last name of one of the Passengers listed in the reservation.
At this time, Customers traveling on nonrevenue or paper tickets cannot checkin through the mobile site. To checkin prior to your flight visit southwest.com. |

How will I know which boarding group I have been assigned?
The Checkin Confirmation Screen on your mobile device will display the Boarding Group below each Customer. |

Once I request a boarding pass and check in for my flight, how do I get a printed boarding pass to pass through security checkpoint and present to the Customer Service Representative?
Once you have checked in for your flight via your mobile device, simply proceed to the airport and go to the nearest E-Ticket Check-In kiosk to print your boarding pass. The system will recognize that you have already checked in for your flight, therefore, you will need to request a reprint of your boarding pass. The boarding pass will reflect the boarding group that was indicated on the Checkin Confirmation screen on your mobile device. You may also get your boarding pass at the Ticket Counter, Skycap, or online at southwest.com. |

Can Customers traveling on a multiple-passenger reservation use Wireless Checkin?
Yes, and the Wireless Checkin interface will check in all Passengers in the reservation. Unlike Online Checkin at southwest.com, there is not an option to check in one Passenger at a time. If you wish to check in a single Passenger traveling in the multiple-passenger reservation, please visit Online Checkin @ southwest.com.
NOTE: if one of the Passengers traveling in a multiple-passenger reservation does not qualify for Wireless Checkin (ie. age-restricted, military, group, etc.), the other Passengers who do qualify will be able to check in. Checkin eligibility information will be provided to you via your mobile device. |

What if one of the Passengers traveling in a multiple-passenger reservation has already checked in?
The Wireless Checkin interface will check in all Passengers who have not yet checked in, and will re-display the boarding group that was previously assigned to the Passenger(s) who has checked in. |

What methods of payment will be accepted via the mobile site?
Only credit cards will be accepted at this time. |

Can a Customer book Adult and Senior Fares together on one reservation using the mobile site?
Not at this time. Currently, Adult and Senior fares cannot be combined within the same transaction using the mobile site. |

I noticed that a promotion code field is now available on southwest.com. Will this field be available in the mobile version as well?
Yes. Customers will be able to enter a promotion code when booking via mobile.southwest.com. |

Can Customers include their Rapid Rewards number on reservations booked using the mobile site?
Yes. Rapid Rewards members can enter their Rapid Rewards number during the booking process using the mobile version of southwest.com. |

Will confirmation e-mails be sent to Customers who book using the mobile site?
Yes. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail and may elect to have a confirmation e-mail sent to one other e-mail address. |

Can Customers book flights on WestJet or Volaris using the mobile version of the site?
At this time only Southwest flights are available for booking via the mobile version of the site. |

How will the Flight Schedule be displayed in the mobile version?
The flight schedule will display a 7 day glance, starting with the preceding Monday. For example, if a Customer selects Wednesday, April 1st as their flight date the flight schedule week will display starting with Monday, March 30th. |

Is there an additional charge associated with this service?
Southwest does not charge a fee to Customers wishing to access the mobile version of southwest.com. Customers who have access to the internet via their mobile phone or other handheld device may access the site free of charge. Internet access fees vary by carrier, and Customers should contact their mobile carrier for additional information. |
