Current Southwest employees can also login to their Workday profile to gain access to or correct their personal information in Workday.
We will use the information below to identify you in our system. If you make an access, correction, or deletion request, after you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 to 7 business days from Southwest.privacy@wnco.com that will contain verification procedures and other next steps. If you don’t see a confirmation email, check your spam folder. All requests are subject to exceptions, restrictions, and limitations as set forth in applicable laws and regulations.
If you submit an Opt-out of Sale/Share request, note that if you would like to opt-out of cookie and other technology-based tracking for advertising purposes, you will also need to separately adjust your browser settings, opt out at https://optout.aboutads.info/, and otherwise set your preferences as described in our Privacy Policy.
