Employee Data Privacy Request

If you are a California resident and a current or former Southwest Airlines employee, director, officer, contractor, intern, job applicant, or designated beneficiary, you may submit this form to make the following requests with respect to the personal information we process about you in the employment context: 1) access to, or correction of, personal information we process about you; or 2) deletion of certain personal information we process about you; or 3) opt-out of the disclosure of the personal information we process about you to third parties in exchange for money or other valuable consideration and for certain behavioral advertising purposes (“Opt-Out of Sale/Share”).

Current Southwest employees can also login to their Workday profile to gain access to or correct their personal information in Workday.

We will use the information below to identify you in our system. If you make an access, correction, or deletion request, after you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 to 7 business days from Southwest.privacy@wnco.com that will contain verification procedures and other next steps. If you don’t see a confirmation email, check your spam folder. All requests are subject to exceptions, restrictions, and limitations as set forth in applicable laws and regulations.

If you submit an Opt-out of Sale/Share request, note that if you would like to opt-out of cookie and other technology-based tracking for advertising purposes, you will also need to separately adjust your browser settings, opt out at https://optout.aboutads.info/, and otherwise set your preferences as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep in mind that your cookie and tracking tools choices are typically website, device, and browser specific, and may be deleted if you clear your browser''s cache. If you make an Opt-out of Sale/Share request, note that after the submission of this form, we may still provide your personal information to our service providers and other parties to deliver services to you or carry out work on our behalf.
