After 23 years in the airline industry, Simon Cheung says his favorite part of the job is still the satisfaction of helping others get to their destination. When he started as a Customer Service Agent, his Fun-LUVing Attitude and Servant’s Heart immedi ately distinguished him as a Leader. Whether he’s playing de tective to locate a lost item or helping a Customer get the best fare, Simon always delivers outstanding Hospitality. Outside of his work at San Diego International Airport, he volunteers as often as he can and recently participated in a Walk for Water in Mission Beach.
