Company Profile

Generate a report for all Travelers associated to your company’s SWABIZ account.

    1. Company ID – The Company ID (CID) number assigned to your company’s SWABIZ account.
    2. Company Name – Registered name of organization. Company Name is limited to 32 alpha/numeric characters. The Company Name can only be changed by a Southwest Representative.
    3. Contact E-mail – This e-mail address is used to send alerts when a new Traveler Account has been linked to your company’s SWABIZ account. It also serves as a means for a Southwest Airlines Account Manager or Representative to contact you regarding your account.
    4. Confirmation Receipt E-mails – E-mail address for those who have opted in to receive Confirmation Receipts for all Traveler confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for AIR reservations.
    5. Address – Company or organization street address.
    6. Phone – Primary phone number of company/organization
    7. Type
      • Corporation – Corporation, company, business, professional organization
      • Travel Agency – Travel Agency, Travel Management Company
      • Company Travel Managers – List of all who have been registered as a full or limited-access Company Travel Manager.

  • Street address
  • Phone number
  • Contact e-mail address (used to alert of new Traveler Accounts)
  • Add/remove Company Travel Managers
  • Grant/revoke full-access as a Company Travel Manager

Travel Policy

View

  • Allows full and limited Company Travel Managers to view the current travel policies set for your Hotel and Car settings

Modify

  • Allows a full-access Company Travel Manager to change the organization’s Travel Policy.
    • Hotel – For new SWABIZ accounts, the Hotel booking tool is toggled on, but can be toggled off so that hotels cannot be viewed/booked through your SWABIZ account
    • Car
      • On/Off – For new SWABIZ accounts, the Rental Car booking tool is toggled on, but can be toggled off so that rental cars cannot be viewed/booked through your SWABIZ account.
      • Display Select Car Companies – Display only the rental car companies you wish your Travelers and Travel Managers to shop/book.
      • Corporate ID/Rate Code – If you have negotiated with a rental car company to receive a corporate ID/rate code for discounts for your company, you can enter/store it here so that it automatically applies to every car reservation made by your Travelers and Travel Managers.

My Travel Manager Account

View/Modify

  • Current Travel Manager Password – To change anything about your Travel Manager Account Information, you must first enter your current Travel Manager password
  • Travel Manager Information – Your general contact information may be updated here.
  • Confirmation Receipt E-mails – Up to four full-access Company Travel Managers can opt-in to receive Confirmation Receipts for all Traveler Confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for AIR reservations. Visit the Company Profile page to view the list of full-access Company Travel Managers who have already opted-in.

Password Reset

  • Password and Reminder Question – This page allows you to change your Company Travel Manager password and/or your reminder question and answer.
