To begin the enrollment process, please read and accept the SWABIZ Terms of Service, then complete the four remaining easy steps. Once complete, we'll supply you with your Company ID number and you'll be booking with SWABIZ in no time!
SWABIZ Terms of Service
By logging onto SWABIZ, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions herein and the terms and conditions contained in Southwest's Contract of Carriage (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Terms"). Furthermore, you agree to receive e-mail from Southwest Airlines that may assist in planning travel including, but not limited to fare information, new service, etc. Fares available on SWABIZ are the only fares available for travel and tracking purposes. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site. Please check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance thereof.
SWABIZ is for business travel only. If you are traveling for vacation or leisure, please plan and purchase your travel at southwest.com.
A valid credit card acceptable to Southwest (see Contract of Carriage), Ticketless Travel Funds, southwestgiftcards®, and Southwest LUV Vouchers are the only acceptable means of purchasing Ticketless Travel on SWABIZ.
Southwest shall provide Company with a Company ID (hereinafter "CID"), which Company employees must use to book each reservation made with Southwest on SWABIZ. To make changes to reservations, Company Travel Managers or authorized business travelers of Company may use the "Change Air Reservation" link through the Travel Tools area on SWABIZ, or call (800) I-FLY-SWA and refer to the CID. If you are an authorized business traveler of Company, please obtain your CID from your Company Travel Manager. This CID should not be given to any unauthorized persons.
This agreement is entered into between Southwest Airlines and the enrolled SWABIZ Company. Southwest shall provide Company Travel Manager with detailed information concerning Ticketless Travel purchased by authorized business travelers using the CID. These reports should not be shared with persons not affiliated with Company and should be maintained in the strictest confidence. If the enrolled SWABIZ Company share their CID and/or reports with any 3rd party group, Southwest Airlines will not be held responsible for any potential costs or abuse of data.
Company shall not be entitled to any compensation, including commissions, rebates or travel discounts, for use of SWABIZ by authorized business travelers of Company.
When a Ticketless Travel reservation is canceled or not flown, the funds for refundable or non-refundable fares shall be electronically stored for up to twelve (12) months from the date of original ticketing. Company shall be responsible for maintaining records regarding such funds. Authorized business travelers of Company may request a refund on behalf of Company for such refundable funds or request an exchange of non-refundable funds for future travel on Southwest by calling Southwest reservations at (800) I-FLY-SWA, identifying themselves as SWABIZ travelers, and providing the reservation locator and the CID.
Ownership of Company Information
Information concerning Southwest and its services, including flight schedules, routes, fares, availability, text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations (including Customer and Rapid Rewards information), logos and information regarding the status of Southwest flights, etc. is referred to as "Company Information." Southwest owns or has legal rights to all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names related to the Company Information and the Company Information is proprietary to Southwest.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Southwest's web sites and any Company Information is available to you only to learn about, evaluate, or purchase Southwest's services and products. Unless you are an approved Southwest travel agent, you may use the Southwest web sites and any Company Information only for personal, non-commercial purposes. For example, third parties may not use the Southwest web sites for the purpose of checking Customers in online or attempting to obtain for them a boarding pass in any certain boarding group. Except in connection with your authorized use of the Southwest web sites, you may not copy, modify, display, license, distribute, transmit, or download the Company Information without Southwest's written consent. Do not use the Southwest web sites to make any speculative or false reservation.
Excluding 3rd parties authorized by Southwest Airlines, you may not use any "deep-link," "page-scrape," "robot," "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology which does the same things, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Southwest web sites or any Company Information. Any use of the Southwest web sites which results in the depletion of web site infrastructural resources is not authorized. When you use the Southwest web sites or Company Information for an authorized purpose, you should include all proprietary notices without changing or hiding them.
As a condition of your use of the Southwest web sites, you promise and agree that you will not use the Southwest web sites or Company Information for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
By logging onto SWABIZ, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Southwest, its employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from use or misuse of SWABIZ by Company or authorized business travelers of Company.
Southwest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without notice.
