Snack and drink offerings are available on flights over 175 miles. Flights traveling 175 miles or less will only have water available.
You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks onboard. As a reminder, FAA regulations prohibit Passengers from drinking alcohol* on the aircraft unless it’s served by the air carrier.
*Must be age 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.
We do not offer snacks for purchase during the flight, so be sure to grab something before boarding.
If you elect to use a mobile boarding pass and have purchased a Business Select fare or are an A-List Preferred Member, your drink coupon eligibility will be noted on the mobile boarding pass. To receive your complimentary premium drink during your flight, simply show the drink coupon portion of your mobile boarding pass to the Flight Attendant for validation. Note that this is only applicable for flights over 175 miles.
Be sure to save a copy of your mobile boarding pass to your mobile device prior to takeoff so you can easily retrieve it during your flight.
On flights traveling 176 miles or more, A-List Preferred Members receive up to two complimentary premium drinks per leg. Flights traveling 175 miles or less only serve water. Drink coupons are subject to availability. Service may also be limited at Southwest's discretion. This coupon has no cash value. Drink coupon is void if altered, sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. Non-exchangeable for other goods or services. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to discontinue its drink coupon program at any time. Coupon is invalid after expiration date and will not be updated or replaced. Must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol purchased with drink coupons must be consumed onboard the aircraft.
All flights between Hawaii and the U.S. mainland are offering alcoholic beverages, as well as free sodas, juice, and coffee. You’ll also get an exclusive Hawaii snack bag. For passengers that require a full meal during travel, we highly recommend bringing these items onboard as food is not sold on Southwest flights.
Service onboard interisland flights varies. Flights between HNL-ITO and LIH-OGG offer alcoholic beverages, as well as free sodas, juice, and coffee. All other interisland routes feature water service only due to restrictions with total flight time.
